1.Tell us a little about your migration from Orlando to Pittsburgh every year? What are the pros and cons of each?
well if you ever seen the old surf flick "endless summer" thats kinda what i try and go for. they go from country to country surfing the warm weather for a year, i go from trail season to trail season doin the same thing, summer im in pittsburgh and winter im in orlando. trails all the time

2.There's a posse in Pittsburgh right now building...you mentioned everyone came together to concentrate on one set of trails?
not everyone yet but its in the works once more and more work gets done at the trails then more people will start coming and seeing how much of a good time this spot is. but a few groups of kids still have other trail spots around the city that are all super fun to cruise which i think is awesome when you want to switch it up.

3.Now that you're in Pittsburgh for the summer, what is your daily schedule?
well it depends really on weather or a few other things, like im doin some bmx shows at kennywood in pittsburgh throughout the summer so if its a show day then i wake up head to kennywood do shows, ride the rides inbetween. if its not a show day i would most likely get up have a fiber bar and a bunch of coffee around 9 or so go ride one of the skateparks then go dig or ride the trails for atleast a few hours and then go ride a park again, and if thers a penguins game on well go to bennets house or something and watch it with a bunch of people... these days have been changing alot so thats not everyday..

4. So does the fiber bar and coffee make you extra regular? How much coffee a day?
haha yes i guess it does, i really just love the taste of the fiber bars. as far as my coffee intake iwould say between 2 to 4 cups a day, prolly a bit to much but whatever i dont drink soda anymore so its ok. also a little fiber fact for you, 9 out of 10 people do not get the recomended amount of fiber daily.

5.But who were these people that were interviewed? That's some skewed statistics? What is your coffee of choice? And how much soda were you drinking a day? I remember seeing you down 2 liters daily for many years.
dont ask questions about fiber i just give facts when i feel they are needed ha, its real statistics. coffee of choice would be any bold coffee, i really just love it all. as for soda i was getting down atleast a 2 liter a day sometimes more it was really bad but i didnt think about that or caree to think about it at all i loved it and thats all that mattered, but now i dont even like soda well i dont think i do its been 2 years now since soda was in this body.

6.Sumatra bold, or french bold? You need to specify...this is important info?
ha ok if its like that i would say sumatra bold.

7. Plans for this summer?
well im already up in pittsburgh to ride alot of trails and stuff and from here im goin out to san fran with you(matt coplon), and chad degroot. after that i think im heading to costa rica for a king of dirt contest and to see the sites, then overseas to the mother land to go on a deluxe trails trip which should be super fun and awesome. i hope on doin more thats the planned stuff but i would like to go stay in the white mountians of NH for a few days and live like a bear in the woods. and do some more stuff if i get the time or money. oh and im gonna go visit yinz guys down in FL
