• What is the warranty on Profile Products?

• Can I get some free stickers?
If you just ask for free stickers, then no, you can't get free stickers. If you order anything from our online store, you'll get some free stickers included with your order. You can get a sticker pack for only $3.00, including postage to anywhere in the lower 48 continental United States. Shipping overseas will be slightly higher, but not a lot.
• Will you sponsor me?
If you want to get sponsored, it's a good idea to take longer than 34 seconds writing your proposal. You should list your accomplishments, your race results, your plans for races in the future, what you hope to accomplish in the sport, and a few details about your family, school, and activities off the bike. You should include a picture or two, and probably a link to a web video.
Basically, if you want to be a pro, your proposal needs to be professional, too.
We look for new riders in the fall. Our race team is made up of Expert class riders. Our freestyle team is made up of riders we've known for a while, and is geared more towards guys whose personalities mesh with ours.
• How much is a (Mini Hub; set of cranks; stem; t-shirt;)?
We have an entire website that we update everyday. Check it out. The Products Section has everything that we currently sell in it. If you don't see it, there's a good chance we don't sell it any longer. Of course, it never hurts to ask, we're always finding stuff...
• How much is shipping?
Our new web store will figure out the shipping costs for you, all you need to do is add the items you'd like to buy to the shopping cart and then enter your city, country, and postal code/zip code. You don't have to enter credit card information to get your shipping total.
• Do I have to pay VAT/Import Duties?
International customers purchasing from our online store are responsible for any applicable VAT/Import Duties that their home county may charge. These fees will be assessed to you by the shipping company that delivers your package, and is totally out of Profile Racing's control. Please do not ask us to declare your order "a gift", we cannot falsify any shipping documents.
